1) How do I order a piece of
furniture seen on these pages?
Simply phone or e-mail, and we'll walk you through the options.
2) How do I place a custom order?
Contact us and we'll walk you through the process. First, we'll
discuss your needs and tastes and come up with a rough design.
Second, we'll provide a price and schedule. Third, after
the initial payment we'll develop a detailed design. Finally, after
your approval of the detailed design, we'll produce the
furniture.
3) How will I get my furniture?
You can pick up the furniture at our workshop, or we will arrange
shipping through a Taos firm that packages art works and uses a common carrier.
In special cases, we will deliver the furniture to your home.
4) Is the furniture guaranteed?
We stand completely behind our work. In the unlikely event that
there is a defect, we will repair it at our cost or provide a replacement.
We'll repair or refinish any piece of furniture that we've produced at
reasonable rates.
5) How long will it take to receive our
furniture?
We build each piece to order, and we can
usually deliver in 3-4 months.
6) What are your payment terms?
We require 50% upon placing the order to secure a place on our work
calendar and cover the cost of materials. The remaining 50% is due
on completion.
